The filet mignon was delicious. I've ordered the ground beef before and it was too. Not only do I get free delivery, the beef is the best in the west coast!!! Awesome meat great customer service quick and easy to order online and pick up in store. This is such good meat and just the right size ( one pound ground meat per package) for a couple meals for us. It’s also nice to have it delivered right to our house! Not only is the quality of the beef superior to other local options, but so is the service. My family loves everything we have ordered. As someone who grew up on a dairy farm, this is the closest thing to living on a farm again. Our health has greatly improved and it is a joy to receive every delivery. The 6 oz fillet mignons I ordered were tender, tasty, full portions that cooked up great! I look for a dependable excellence. I think I have found that here at Better Beef. Going to be stopping by the store to pick up a roast for myself. The pork.products are the best i have ever had. This was my first purchase with Better Beef. I grilled about 10 pounds of Flat iron Steaks (8 steaks) for our family gathering at Christmas. They were very flavorful and tender when cooked to medium rare and seared. I really appreciated that they were about the same thickness so it was easier to manage cooking them to the desired temp. I will try other cuts soon. Steaks were wonderful. Our guests were very pleased. Ordering on-line was a breeze! It was delivered to my house by a very nice young man...Parker??? I think his name was. I was busy when he rang my doorbell and dumb me didnt even think until after he was gone that "dang, I should have tipped him" I am sorry I didnt do that he deserved it! My order arrived in a black insulated bag and the meat was frozen solid. My Son prepared it for Christmas dinner. He seared it with oil and rosemary and basted it with butter and polished it off in the oven. It was AMAZING! it literally melted in your mouth. Excellent steak, made for a excellent dinner! Thank you for such a high-quality product! DELICIOUS! I appreciate the ability to get quality ground beef, local, without added cost. Esp with supply issues with large grocery chains, I feel better knowing mine didn't come from there. We get the buckaroo box. The beef is consistently great quality. We love supporting local. Pick up and delivery is super easy. We are really enjoying the beef we have purchased. We’ve tried beef tenderloin, ground beef, brats. Haven’t tried the tri tip yet but it looks really lean. Always great tasting meat and on time delivery. I order once a month for a couple months now. Outstanding service. Been buying this beef since they have been in business. Best there is. Only problem is once you buy from them you will not be able to buy from a big box store. I guarantee it. If there was a way to talk to me I could tell you for sure. Best beef you'll ever have.
