Yum, so meaty and flavorful!

These little gems were perfect for my meat pies. I slow cooked them with onion, carrot and parsnip in home made beef stock made from marrow and stock bones.

These provided just the right texture, flavor and meatiness I was seeking. The individual packages were shy of my purchase weight so the BB graciously added a package to make up the weight needed. Thanks BB!
