New York Steak

Did not try yet but looks great.

These steaks have a nice fat cap that adds extra flavor in cooking and the marbling is well balanced. I have not been disappointed.

I was never a fan of NY Steaks until I had one from Better Beef. Their beef surpasses most beef that I've tried. Yes, I have gone to other butchers (taste test) and I got mad wasting my money on other butchers! Good Stuff.

Not only do I get free delivery, the beef is the best in the west coast!!!

We love Better Beef. Like everything else we have tried, the New York strip is fantastic!
