Carne Asada - 1 LB

Good flavor, good texture. What we got however didn't look like the picture shown. When we opened the package, instead of it being one piece of meat, it was 10-12 round slices. Not a huge deal since we planned on cutting it up into chunks for tacos, but it isn't what we expected or how we are used to buying it elsewhere, hence minus 1 star.

The texture is amazing not super chewy.
Great for fajitas and other dishes. Highly recommend
